Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk 3 tbsp chia seeds 1 ½ cups cut, fresh figs 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
4 figs, cut into quarters 2 tbsp chopped hazel nuts 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
Puree figs in blender or food processor. Put fig puree and rest of chia pudding ingredients into a jar or cup and stir. Cover and place in fridge 6 hours or overnight. Remove pudding from fridge, add toppings.
