Ingredients:
1 cup cooked brown rice 1 cup cooked black beans ½ chopped onion ½ chopped red pepper ½ chopped celery stick salt & pepper 4 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp liquid aminos
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Add pepper, onion, and celery. Salt & pepper to taste. Cook until veggies are soft. Add beans, rice, and liquid aminos in the last couple minutes of cooking and let everything stir fry together. Remove from heat. Serve & Enjoy!
