Ingredient:
2 eggs (egg substitute for vegan) ½ cup chopped basil ½ sliced tomato pinch salt & pepper 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
In a frying pan heat oil on low. In a bowl beat eggs. Pour egg in frying pan, adding basil, tomato, salt, & pepper. Keep on low heat, flip if possible. Enjoy with some gluten free pumpernickel bread.
