The Program Guide is a comprehensive blueprint to your 30 day transformation, filled with information that's outlined in an easy to use format.
Following the VivaBod Program Guide is SO simple! Each day you are given a detailed workout and meal plan, making it easy for you to get started right away.
The Program begins with a step-by-step preparation guide, providing the strong foundation needed to set you up for success and a real transformation. You will move through four phases during the 30 days:

These four phases are designed to ease your mind, body, and spirit into the program, then ramps you up to achieve those eye-catching changes. Each day you will have different workout classes, toning isolation moves, and cardio exercises. This allows your body to continue adapting, and helps to avoid plateau. A glossary of each exercise is also included to ensure you have the best direction for form, and technique.

Part of your daily workout plan includes a VivaBod Workout Class. Get ready to let go, be free, and move with passion! The VivaBod Workout Series includes the following 6 classes, 1 for each day of the week, Sunday is a rest day! These classes can be taken anywhere, only equipment needed is a yoga mat.
