Bean & Raspberry Salad!


Ingredients:

2 cups cooked lima beans 2 tbsp chopped mint 1 cup raspberries ½ sliced orange 2 tbsp vegan feta cheese olive oil salt & pepper


Directions:

In a bowl toss together beans, mint, raspberries, "cheese", olive oil, salt & pepper to taste. Place orange slices on the side. Enjoy!
