
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets ½ sliced yellow pepper ½ sliced red pepper ½ sliced onion 1 cup snow peas pinch of salt & pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp liquid aminos
Directions:
Heat up olive oil, saute onion for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, let cook for 10-12 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool. Enjoy!
